Over the years he has invested in, and advised several companies, and worked with them to establish key pillars, including sound strategy, talented people, solid financial backing.
His Christianity shapes his business and charitable approach. The Shavano Family Office is the primary vehicle for the support of multiple charities which promote health, family, education, and community resilience.
Outside of work, Dean enjoys spending quality time with his family, firing up the BBQ, and staying active when the weather is good!
